When I photograph a hotel, a resort, a bed & breakfast, what I look for in the first place, it’s having the time to befriend with it, to listen to it, to just look at it... then a narrative enfolds, a story telling that is unique to the place, to the people who work there, to its heart and soul... Here it is Son Blanc in Menorca and the passing of time captured in a place that redifines luxury, travelling and hospitality on a daily basis. 

Quand je prend en photo un hotel, un resort de vacances, un bed & breakfast, la première chose que je recherche, c’est prendre le temps de l’apprivoiser dans mon regard, de l’écouter, de l’observer tout simplement... ensuite une histoire nait, un conte en images qui résonne avec l histoire unique du lieu, des gens qui l’ont créé et de ceux qui travaillent et l’animent dans le quotidien. Ici des photos de Son Blanc à Menorca où j’ai capturé le passage du temps dans une farmhouse qui redefit le concept de luxe et de voyage jour après jour.

Today my attention is turned more and more to thinking, eating and shopping local. I believe that it is important to support local businesses, from food to furniture and fashion. I am not perfect but I try my best everyday. I started this photographic project to give people tips where to find these places in each city I happen to be or travel.

Aujourd’hui mon attention est de plus en plus visée sur tout produit local, restaurant engagé et petit producteur passionné. Je pense qu’il est important de soutenir tout projet local, d’acheter des produits qui ont le moins voyagé possible pour qu’ils gardent un maximum de vitamines, nutriments et minéraux, bons pour notre corps. Je ne suis pas parfaite mais j’essaie de faire mon mieux tous les jours. Ce projet a comme but celui de partager des belles adresses locales dans les villes que je visiste.

This is another project of mine that I started while working in Paris: I began to travel and take photos for companies that work respecting Mother Earth, the people who work for them, the seasonal veggies and fruits they have been growing with passion and love for years, sometimes centuries.

Voici un autre projet à moi que j’ai commencé quand je travaillais à Paris: j’ai voyagé et photographié des entreprises qui travaillent dans le respect de la Terre, de l’homme, des légumes et des fruits de saison qu’ils cultivent avec amour et passion depuis des décénnies, à voir des siècles pour certains, des produits qu’ils transforment dans la tradition d’un savoir-faire artisanale qui passe encore de père en fils ou fille.

On March 2021 the first cook book I photographed and styled was released: it’s “La cuisine healthy du monde entier” by chef Soraya Aouidad, edited by Gallimard/éditions Alternatives in Paris. This project was a dream come true for me as I love working with chefs, getting to know their stories and channelling their vision through my photography and stylism.

En mars 2021 il est sorti le premier livre de recettes que j’ai entièrement photographié pour les éditions Alternatives de Gallimard à Paris: “La Cuisine healthy du monde entier”, auteur Soraya Aouidad. J’ai été aussi la styliste. Ce livre est un rêve réalisé parce que j’adore travailler avec des chefs, les accompagner et traduire leur vision en images.

I love cooking: spending a day in the kitchen is just beautiful and relaxing for me. I enjoy cooking organic, seasonal, no processed and mostly vegetarian foods: from sourdouhg gluten free bread to fresh pasta and pizza, from veggie to smoothies bowls, homemade gnocchi, porridge, pasta, frittata, cakes, toasts and salads.. everything is welcomed at my table!

Que j’aime cuisiner! Passer une journée en cuisine, seule ou en compagnie, c’est un pur bonheur pour moi et ça me détend beaucoup. Je cuisine bio, de saison, que des produits bruts, à tendance végétarienne. Voici du pain au levain, des pizza, des pâtes fraîches, des gnocchi faits maison à la betterave, du porridge, des smoothies et veggie bowls, des salades, des toasts, une frittata et, bien sur, des gâteaux!
